Cycle Hire is also available, or "do it yourself", and go walking on Dartmoor

The team assembled down at the Lake, for some classic Canoe, Kayak & Raft Building session training 💪🏼

The weather might have been gloomy, but spirits were high & lots of fun was had!

Plenty of games played, both new & old, a good time spent on rescues (because there's always at least one boat of kids on a kamikaze mission) & some stylish raft building 👀🙈😂

We are delighted to be heading back to this amazing, doggy obsessed festival at Powderham Castle this weekend with the Climbing Wall!!

Back in April, the team re-assembled once again & began getting ready to face whatever the 2026 season has in store! A mixture of some lovely familiar faces & some lovely new ones!

We'll be showing you some of the highlights of staff training over the coming weeks & there's no better way to start than out Weaselling on beautiful Dartmoor.

Once again we are delighted to be able to offer our Adventure 7 Activity Week!

MONDAY 10TH AUGUST - FRIDAY 14th AUGUST 2026!

If your child is currently in Year 7, are of Year 7 age & Home-educated or attend another School within the Okehampton College catchment area AND you live within the parish of Okehampton/Okehampton Hamlets, they may be eligible to receive this fantastic offer!

With the organisational support of Okehampton Rotary Club & funding from Okehampton United Charities, this unforgettable week of activities costs just £50!!

The programme includes:
- Canoeing
- Kayaking
- Raft Building
- Paddleboarding
- Zipwire
- Axe Throwing
- High Ropes
- Climbing Wall
- Grass Sledging
- Cycling
- Gorge Scrambling
& many more fun challenges!

5 days - 9.30am - 4pm

We don't just cater to large groups, these activities can be booked by anyone! Mixed individuals! Come on your own (18+), book in with a friend or two, or come with the whole family!

Rock Climbing

🐕‍🦺 🪻 EDDIES ADVENTURES 🪻🐕‍🦺

Adventure Okehamptons resident therapy dog, Eddie, has been out adventuring amongst the bluebells & been very mindful to keep to the pathways!

The camera loves him 😍 and so do we!

They're still about if you wanted to capture your own shots or just take in the lovely scenery this weekend. Meldon Woods & East Hill are great places to look!
