Another Bespoke wallcovering installation. It's amazing how effective photograph's & paintings turned into wallpaper can be, we have done a lot of these now.

Day 13/100 of Painting Light & Sound: sharing the finished wall at D&H in Kirkwall. This was a very interesting project with Kirsteen Stewart who was designing the interior. This began as an oil painting A1 size which was then digitised and printed onto wallpaper 🤩 the result is better than I could have imagined ! The quality of the print is so good !

We’re delighted to have been named runner-up in the Hospitality Project of the Year category at the Awards for our work at the 🏆

This was a fantastic project to work on alongside Alfred Flett Ltd, with some really unique features throughout.

A standout feature was the bespoke wallpaper in the bedrooms – originally hand-painted by a local artist, then produced onto wallpaper which our team carefully installed to bring the final vision to life.

A brilliant project and a great result for everyone involved.

We’re proud to share that our Director, Clinton Findlay, has been appointed President of the Scottish Decorators' Federation for 2026/2027 – for the second time. 🥳

Clinton said:
“It is an honour to be named as president of an historic organisation that is doing everything it can to protect and promote the painting and decorating industry in Scotland.

This is a pivotal time in the industry, in particular for the north of Scotland. We are currently seeing an unprecedented decline in young people joining the profession, which is now having a huge knock on effect to staffing. I hope that in my time as president, I can raise the profile of the industry and increase the number joining the profession.

To be trusted with this role for a second time makes it even more special, and I am looking forward to continuing to support the federation and its members.”
