Orston… have you all dissolved in the rain? 👀☔️😂

It’s a little quiet in our little shop today, and we’d much rather be making your coffee than watching the puddles!

Coat on, umbrella up… come and give us something to do! 🤎

🥁 Drumroll, please… the wait is finally over!

The results of our Orston Stores Design a Mug competition are in… and what a talented bunch you are! 🎨☕

🏆 Winner: Fraser Morris
🌟 Runners-up: Holly Littlefair & Chloe Gash

Swipe to see their mug-nificent masterpieces! 👉

We brought in a little rock ’n’ roll royalty to help with the judging! Our celebrity guest at The Old Post Office B&B, Mark Alexander, kindly chose the winning designs. A renowned pianist, keyboardist and musical director, Mark performed and toured with Meat Loaf for over 15 years and is currently touring with Steve Steinman’s “Anything for Love”. 🎹🤘

A huge thank-you to Mark, and to EVERYONE who entered. We had so many amazing drawings, bursting with colour, imagination and personality — choosing just three was incredibly difficult! ❤️

Congratulations to our winner and runners-up. Give our young artists a big round of applause below! 👏✨.

We honestly can’t get over this! 🥹🧱

The wonderfully talented Holly Littlefair created this amazing LEGO version of our little shop for the Orston Produce Show last Sunday — complete with customers, cakes, flowers and even the road outside! The attention to detail is just brilliant.

Thank you so much, Holly. We absolutely love it and feel very honoured that you chose to recreate Orston Stores! 💛

Can you spot all the little shop details? 👀
