There is a double bedroom ensuite with a WC, a twin room and a family shower room. It comes complete with decking, patio furniture and the luxury of your own private hot tub for added relaxation. It is thoughtfully laid out, with high quality finishes, clean, comfortable & stylish interiors and fully equipped with all you may need. It has a stylish, spacious open plan living area with kitchen, dining table + appliances. Slightly tucked away on Falcon Close, a perfect location with only a short walk for convenient access to the wonderful, family friendly leisure and entertainment complex. Centrally heated throughout, there is parking nearby and it is easily accessed via a pathway. There is also a well-equipped shop & laundry facilities. This fun filled holiday park with facilities for all ages, not only has lots to offer on site, but you can also access nearby Goodrington Beach (blue flag beach) via a secure pathway within the site. You can be on the scenic South West coastal path enjoying the sandy beach, various water sports, Splashdown Water Park, plus the seaside refreshments. Want to explore further afield? No problem, the caravan is the perfect base from which to discover the delights of the English Riviera. The local tourist ‘hop on/hop off’ bus will also pick you up & drop you back off at Devon Bay and you can ride the bus to several local highlights, such as the towns of Paignton with it’s iconic steam railway, Torquay & Brixham. The perfect variety for either a fun filled, action packed, or a leisurely and relaxing holiday.
