We are pleased to announce we have a new chef on board to join our kitchen team. Our son Del who has just completed 4 years at Edinburghs Balmoral hotel and has experience at Greywalls in Gullane, Prestonfield house hotel, & Michelin star The Black swan in Yorkshire
Del is keen to bring what he's learned and new ideas to our menu which he's currently working on
