Hi, it’s Keith. I’ve been working with clients this week on their businesses ,their goals, their plans, their motivation and putting the energy and excitement in place to help them get there. But something kept showing up.

People often have a plan for their business… but no plan for their life.

So I ask the same questions every time, What’s your plan for your relationships?
What’s your plan for your health? What’s your plan for your happiness?

And the answer is almost always the same: “I’ve never really thought about it.”

One client told me they wanted a great relationship. I asked, “Brilliant , who are you looking for, what does that relationship look like?” They said, “I’ve no idea.” And that’s the point. You can’t find or head towards what you haven’t defined. The point is this, each area of your life will have an impact on how you perform or feel about another. So each needs balance to support the other.

Aswe mark World MentalHealth Day, don’t just acknowledge the day — acknowledge yourself.
What fulfils you? What makes you happy? What needs to change? And what’s the plan to make it happen?

Thank you to Michael Atkinson and the team at Ireland Active for inviting me to deliver today’s online session on Handling Difficult Conversations in Health & Fitness.

And a huge thank you to all the
participants your engagement, honesty, and willingness to reflect made the session genuinely powerful.

The group walked away with practical tools for:

· Setting expectations with clarity

· Giving confident, supportive feedback

· Handling complaints using the CALM model

· Managing conflict through curiosity and structure

· Communicating rules and boundaries without
