🍂 Is Tenby even better out of season?
Summer in Tenby is hard to beat, but there’s something pretty special about the town once the busiest months are behind us.
WalesOnline has been singing the praises of an autumn or winter break in Tenby, highlighting a side of the town that anyone who visits outside the summer holidays will probably recognise.
Think quieter walks along the beach, wrapping up for a wander along the coast path, stopping for a hot chocolate and having a better chance of finding a seat in one of Tenby’s popular pubs, cafés or restaurants.
And while you might need a coat (and, let’s face it, probably an umbrella), there’s still plenty to keep you busy. The article picks out Tenby’s beaches, independent shops, local breweries, places to eat and Tenby Museum and Art Gallery. It also highlights the possibility of finding cheaper accommodation, particularly if you visit during the week.
The writer enjoyed her autumn trip so much that she says it’s now her favourite time to visit Tenby. 🌊🍁
