🍂 FIVE WEEKS OF AUTUMN AT PORT NAN GAEL… ❤️

And what a lovely few weeks it’s been!

Has it rained? Oh, absolutely. But we’ve lost count of how many rainbows we’ve spotted over Loch Scridain! 🌈

We’ve been treated to some incredible red sunsets, little robins making an appearance with Ben More in the background, and those beautiful, ever-changing autumn skies.

There’s been cosy sauna sessions by the loch, campervans pitching up to some pretty spectacular views, and a few extra-special stays in the glamping pods. ❤️

Over at The Inn, we’ve been enjoying Sunday roasts, warming bowls of soup with freshly baked rolls, and those lovely moments spent watching the sunset from a cosy windowsill. 🌅

And of course, plenty of visitors making the most of our little corner of Mull, whatever the weather!

It’s been a bit of everything, really. Rain, rainbows, cosy moments, good food, beautiful sunsets and some pretty special views.

And that’s exactly what we love about autumn here. 💛

One bad hour doesn’t mean a bad day. 💛

Because there’s always something good to look forward to… especially at Port nan Gael!

A cosy night away at The Inn, a delicious meal in our restaurant, a little browse around Port nan Gael Stores or a relaxing sauna session.

Maybe it’s waking up to incredible views from the glamping pods, pitching up at Port nan Gael campsite, enjoying a drink with friends at the Inn at Port nan Gael or simply taking in the beauty of the Isle of Mull.

Sometimes it’s the little things that turn an ordinary day into a great one. And we’re lucky to have so many of them right here.

So here’s your reminder: one bad moment doesn’t have to define your whole day. There’s always another adventure, another sunset and something to look forward to. 🍂

We hope everyone is safe after the storm 🤍 Thinking of everyone dealing with the aftermath, especially those still without power.

For anyone who needs supplies or somewhere to have something to eat and drink, we still have power here at Port nan Gael.

Port nan Gael Stores is open from 8am until 8pm today for essentials, and The Inn at Port nan Gael will be serving hot food and drinks from 1pm.

Please only make the journey if it’s safe to do so. Look after yourselves and each other.
