This morning we received one of those phone calls that sticks with you.
A customer rang simply to say how much they love staying at Park Foot Holiday Park, and how much they appreciate the effort that goes into keeping the site looking its best — from ongoing improvements to the day-to-day care of the park. They spoke about how Park Foot has become a genuinely special part of their lives. No complaints, no requests… just gratitude. Those are rare.
Moments like that are a reminder that behind every hedge trimmed, facility upgraded, and late finish, there are real connections being built.

Short, but it says a lot.
We don’t take that kind of feedback lightly. It’s easy to forget, in the middle of the busy seasons and the never-ending list of improvements, that what we’re really building is a place that becomes part of people’s stories.
And we intend to keep it that way — and keep improving it, too.
