Our Bonfire Night weekend is proving popular already, with 70% of pitches now booked!

Join us on Saturday 7th November for our usual Bonfire Night celebrations at Park Foot, including our bonfire and fireworks display — exclusively for Park Foot customers. 🎇🔥

After the fireworks, head into the bar and restaurant for live music and continue the celebrations! 🎶🍻

🍂 September at Ullswater…

We’ve been looking back through some of our photos from September over the last couple of years, and it’s easy to see why we love this time of year. Crisp blue mornings, beautiful clear days on the fells, and the first signs of autumn starting to appear in the trees. 💙

The summer crowds have gone, but there’s still plenty of daylight to get out and explore. It’s a lovely time to slow down, breathe in the fresh Lake District air and enjoy Ullswater at a quieter pace.

Fancy a few days away? Cosy up in one of our self-catering properties after a day out exploring, or bring the tent and make the most of our non-electric camping fields — at this time of year they’re rarely full, so there’s plenty of space to find your own little corner. 🏕️🍁

Maybe September is the perfect time for your Lake District escape? 💙

💚💙💚Day23 of our big thank you’s & we’re still in Pooley Bridge, this time with the lovely people from Park Foot Holiday Park who are long-standing supporters of our club. It’s a family run business beautifully situated on the shores of Ullswater & celebrates its 7️⃣5️⃣th anniversary this year!🥂🎉😃

🌿 Fellside Camping Field… our favourite that always seems to book last! ⛺️

We’re not quite sure why, because just look at those views! 😍

You’ve got the fells behind you, Ullswater in front of you, and being a little further from the lakeshore means Fellside is generally one of our quieter camping fields.

Okay, we’ll admit it… it’s not the flattest field 😂 And it’s a little further from the lake, which is probably why it’s usually the last one to fill up.

But there are some pretty big perks…

Because it sits higher up, Fellside catches the sun for longer, and we reckon it has some of the best sunsets on the whole park. 🌅

Quieter, incredible views and a little extra sunshine — what’s not to love?

So if you don’t mind a bit of a slope, Fellside might just be your perfect pitch. 💚
