We sheared our two valais blacknose wethers a few days ago which is done bi annually. Always a job that takes much longer than it should. No speed shearing records broken here.

Wednesday wether. Jumanji is one of our three wethers at Elmley Meadow. A wether is a castrasted male sheep, Jumanji is nearly 2 years old and is super friendly! 🐑

Herbie and Jumanji had a fantastic afternoon at the School fete, they had lots of attention and lots of ginger biscuits!
We raised £53.00 for the School with 55 guesses on Jumanji’s weight which was……….62.5kg!
Well done to the winner that guessed 62kg! 😁

We’re taking Jumanji to the local primary School fete on Saturday for a guess the weight competition. So today he’s had a morning out to be weighed by one of our local friendly farmers - thanks Andy! 🐑 ⚖️
