Games Room Reopens

We're pleased to share a little good news following our recent facilities closure.

Thanks to the installation of additional heaters, our games room has reopened today (Monday 26 October) and will remain open till 9pm.

Unfortunately, the toilet facilities will remain closed as we are still without a hot water supply.

Work is continuing to resolve the issue with our biomass heating system, and we'll keep you updated on progress and the reopening of our other facilities.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

⚠️ Important Update – Temporary Facilities Closure at Faskally Woods

Unfortunately, a parts failure in our biomass heating system, which supplies heat and hot water to our swimming pool, leisure facilities and Courtyard Bar & Bistro, has resulted in the temporary closure of these facilities.

Our team is working to resolve the issue, but repairs are expected to take several days. Without a hot water supply, we are also unable to safely operate the Courtyard Bar & Bistro in accordance with food hygiene requirements.

Regrettably, these facilities will remain closed, with Thursday 29 October being the earliest anticipated reopening date.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause to our guests, owners and seasonal visitors.

We will continue to monitor progress and share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
