As we head into the festive season, please take note of our Christmas opening hours:

Christmas Eve — 24th December
🏨 Rooms: Closed
🍽️ Kitchen: Closes at 4pm
🍸 Bar: Closes at 7pm

Christmas Day — 25th December
🎅 Closed all day — we’ll be taking a little time to celebrate Christmas with our families.

Boxing Day — 26th December
🏨 Hotel: Open as normal from 7.30am
🍽️ Kitchen: Open from lunchtime
🎄 Boxing Day menu available

Join us at Blacklands for an intimate six-course blind tasting experience, where each dish is revealed only as it reaches the table.

There is no menu to study.
No expectations to follow.
Just six carefully crafted courses, created by our chefs and designed to take you somewhere unexpected.

All dietary requirements and allergies will be thoughtfully accommodated, while an optional w**e pairing is available to complement each course and complete the experience.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night for the official opening of Blacklands Restaurant at Welbeck Manor.

It was wonderful to see the restaurant full of familiar faces, new faces and so many people coming together to celebrate something we’ve been working incredibly hard on.

Most importantly, we loved hearing your feedback, seeing the smiles and hearing how much you enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere.

Thank you for being part of our first night, we couldn’t have asked for a better start. ❤️
