🌺 THE POPPY APPEAL 2026 🌺

We’re proud to once again be supporting the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal here at the Boringdon Arms.

Our Poppy Appeal collection has arrived, and this year we have a great selection of poppy memorabilia available, including traditional poppies, badges, wristbands, reflectors and more.

Pop in, pick up a poppy or something from the collection and help us raise as much as we can for the Royal British Legion, supporting serving and former members of the Armed Forces and their families.

Every donation, big or small, helps make a difference. ❤️

🌺 Wear your poppy with pride.
🌺 Remember those who served.
🌺 Support those who serve today.

Available now from the bar at the Boringdon Arms, Turnchapel.

Lest We Forget. 🌺

Funeral & Wake Arrangements for Trevor Ross

For those wishing to join us in saying a final farewell to Trevor, his funeral will take place on:
Friday 23rd October at 1:00pm
The Park Crematorium – Room 1
(Second car park on the left)

Following the service, everyone is warmly invited to join us back at the Boringdon Arms for Trevor’s wake, where we can come together to raise a glass, share some stories and celebrate the life of a man who will be very sadly missed by so many.

Please feel free to share these arrangements with anyone who knew Trevor and may wish to attend.

Rest easy, Trevor. We’ll make sure there’s a Chardonnay waiting — pinky up, of course. 🍷
