It was a pleasure to host Mr. and Mrs. Thomas for their wedding celebration this weekend. The restaurant looked fantastic, and we were delighted to be part of their day.Congratulations to the newlyweds 😍🥰🤩

We are open as usual, access from Blaenavon is unaffected, if travelling from Brynmawr please use the A465 and come via Keepers Pond. Thanks as always for all your supprt.

A section of the B4248 Blaenavon to Brynmawr Road will be closed next week to allow for investigation work and repairs to a sinkhole in the carriageway.

The road will be closed in both directions, near the junction with Whistle Road, from 9am on Monday July 20. The work is expected to take up to a week.

A diversion route will be signposted via Abergavenny using the A465 and A4042.

We understand the impact the diversion route will have and will work to reopen the road as soon as it is safe to do so.

The hospitality sector has come together to launch – a united campaign and petition calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10%.

Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.

This campaign is for everyone: businesses, customers, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff, hotel teams, farmers, brewers, suppliers and producers.
