Grove Caravan Hire Trecco Bay- Porthcawl I have the pleasure in offering my beautiful caravan to you for your holiday at Trecco Bay Porthcawl Lead guest on all bookings must be over the age of 25.

We have the pleasure in offering our beautiful premium/luxury caravans to you for your holiday at Trecco Bay Porthcawl. The caravans are situated close to all the parks facilities & amenities & are just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. They are both 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravans, have wrap around enclosed gated decking with modern outdoor furniture, come with free 5G Wifi with smart Tv’s in all rooms with Netflix, Disney+ & Amazon prime, we also have Amazon Alexa for music & games consoles with games for the kids. The caravans are available from the beginning of March to the beginning of January, Fri-Mon, Mon-Fri, & longer breaks can also be booked just message me for a price. I will require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date. I will also require an additional £100 refundable breakages/damages fee which will be returned to you upon inspection after your departure.

✏️ A Polite Notice to All Guests Regarding Van Check-In & Check-Out ✏️

Dear Guests,

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us. To help everything run smoothly for you, our cleaners, and the guests arriving after you, please take a moment to read the following important information regarding check-in and check-out.

🕓 Check-In

Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, unless you have paid the additional fee for early check-in at 1:00pm.

Please do not message before your stay asking when the van will be ready or whether you can access it early. Your van will be ready for you at your allocated check-in time, and your key code will be provided accordingly.

You are very welcome to arrive at the park earlier and begin enjoying the park and its onsite facilities. However, please use the main car park until your allocated check-in time, as our cleaner needs access to the parking space beside the van in order to carry out the changeover.

🕙 Check-Out

Our standard check-out time is 10:00am, unless you have paid the additional fee for a 1:00pm late check-out.

Please ensure that you have completely vacated the van by your allocated check-out time. Our cleaners work to a very tight schedule, and even a small delay can have a knock-on effect on the next guests, who may be arriving excited to start their holiday.

If you remain in the van beyond your allocated check-out time, a late departure fee may be charged and deducted from your security bond, with the amount calculated according to the length of the delay and the inconvenience caused.

You are more than welcome to remain onsite and continue enjoying the park and its facilities after checking out. However, once you have vacated the van, please move your vehicle to the main car park.

This is particularly important because if your vehicle remains outside the van, it can appear that you are still occupying it, and our cleaner may not have anywhere to park while carrying out the changeover.

💛 A Little Understanding, Please

I genuinely appreciate every single one of you who chooses to book a stay with me, and I apologise for having to make this notice so firm.

I also work an extremely busy and demanding full-time job, which means I am not able to be constantly attached to my phone or respond immediately to messages about check-in and check-out times—particularly when these times and arrangements have already been clearly provided at the time of booking.

I kindly ask that you please respect your allocated times and the information provided in your booking confirmation. This helps me, my cleaner, and—most importantly—the guests arriving after you to enjoy a smooth and stress-free changeover.

Thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation and continued support. It really is appreciated. 💕

🐜Guest Notice – Ants at Trecco Bay🐜

Please be aware that ants can be an environmental issue at Trecco Bay, particularly during periods of hot weather. This is a seasonal issue that can occur each year and is outside of our control.

We take preventative measures to minimise the likelihood of ants entering the van. These measures include using ant traps, spray and powder, and we also leave supplies in the van for guests to use if required during their stay.

To help prevent attracting ants, we kindly ask guests to:

🐜Keep bins and rubbish outside the van where possible.
🐜Wipe up any food or drink spillages promptly.
🐜Keep food sealed and stored appropriately.
🐜Be mindful of anything that could attract ants into the van.

Despite these preventative measures, we cannot guarantee that ants will not be present, particularly during hot weather.

Please note that we accept no responsibility for ant-related issues during your stay, and we do not offer refunds or compensation where ants are encountered.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us minimise the issue and ensure the van remains as comfortable as possible for all guests.

To help us keep our caravan clean and in the best possible condition for every guest, please be aware that videos are taken before and after every stay.

We are currently having to arrange carpet cleaning regularly because guests are not removing their shoes inside the caravan. Each professional carpet clean costs £60.

👟 Please remove your shoes before entering the caravan.

If, after your stay, there is clear evidence from our before-and-after videos that the carpets have become dirty due to shoes being worn inside, £60 will be deducted from your security bond to cover the cost of cleaning.

We want to keep the caravan fresh, clean and welcoming for everyone, so please help us by removing your shoes. ❤️
