🌿 MEET THE TEAM: DEBS 🌿
Next up in our Meet the Team series is our wonderful receptionist, Debs! 💛
If you’ve ever arrived at Brickhouse Farm Cottages or popped into Lakeside, there’s a good chance you’ll have met Debs along the way. As one of the friendly faces at reception, she plays an important part in making sure our guests feel welcome, comfortable and looked after from the moment they arrive.
We asked Debs what her favourite thing about working at Brickhouse & Lakeside is, and her answer really sums up life here, no day is ever the same!
There’s always something happening, whether that’s welcoming new guests, helping families with their stays, answering questions, lending a helping hand to our team or finding something new to learn. For Debs, the variety is one of the things she loves most. Every day brings something different, and there’s always an opportunity to learn something new along the way.
And, of course, there’s one rather special perk of the job… that view! 🌿
Debs is lucky enough to have the beautiful lake right outside her desk, so even on the busiest of days, she has a pretty lovely view to look out at. We think that must make answering the phone and sorting emails just a little bit nicer!
Working on reception means being at the heart of so much of what happens across Brickhouse & Lakeside, and Debs is always ready with a friendly face, a helping hand and a willingness to get stuck in wherever she’s needed.
We’re so grateful to have Debs as part of our team and for everything she does to help make Brickhouse & Lakeside the welcoming place it is.
