Meet Jack 👋

Jack has been part of the Ribby Hall Village family for four years and is the Supervisor at The Hive 🎉 A key part of Jack's role is supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

He also enjoys getting creative with The Hive's cocktail menus and introducing new ideas for guests to enjoy.

Meet Helen 👋

Helen has been part of the Ribby Hall Village family for over four years. She began her journey as a Spa Therapist, where she spent two and a half years performing a wide range of treatments, supporting sales, and delivering outstanding customer care.

In November 2024, Helen made the exciting move to our Reservations Team as a Guest Experience Assistant 🎉 Since then, she has loved engaging with guests and helping them plan unforgettable experiences here at Ribby Hall Village. She also really enjoys being part of such a helpful and supportive team.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys walking her dog, spending time with her family, and relaxing at home 🐾
