On Saturday night, we had the pleasure of hosting food writer Sudi Pigott at The Cartford, to celebrate the launch of her brilliant new book, Consider the Anchovy.
And consider it we did. Patrick put together a three-course menu built entirely around the anchovy - with an obligatory nod to Lancashire and France along the way, naturally.
It was a pleasure to host Sudi, and equally to share the room with so many like-minded people - proper foodie nerds, for lack of a better term.
