Doing our bit for society.

It’s that time of year again when we reach out to local charities, not-for-profits and community fundraising initiatives. ❤️

Every year, we give away around 10–15 midweek or weekend breaks here at Rhosydd Bach to help support charity auctions, raffles and fundraising events.

When we first set up the business over 20 years ago, giving something back to our community was really important to us. More than two decades later, that hasn’t changed.

We know how much work goes into raising money for good causes, often driven by volunteers giving up their own time. If offering a stay with us can help raise a few extra pounds, then we’re more than happy to play our small part.

So, if you’re involved with a local charity, community group or good cause and you’re organising an auction, online fundraiser or raffle, please get in touch.

We can’t promise that we’ll be able to help every single request, but we’ll always do our very best.

It’s only a small gesture from us, but hopefully, collectively, these small gestures can make a real difference.

Love you all ❤️

We have had some complaints……

But we aim to please ,

Job to understand them but they went

Woof woof, wooooof , wf wf …….

Translated meant-

Our little legs are getting wet in the long grass…

So here we are today, cutting the grass in the dog walk field.

We try our best to look after all our customers.

Even the small yappy ones😀.

It’s only part way through autumn and we’ve already experienced two named storms.

But do you know what? Years ago, we just called it winter. 😂

And there’s something rather special about winter here on the Llŷn Peninsula.

There’s something comforting about being tucked up in a warm, cosy stone cottage, listening to the wind howling outside, knowing these lovely old cottages have been standing here for over 125 years.

They ain’t going anywhere.

Then wrap up warm, grab the dog and head for the beach. Feel the wind on your face, smell the sea air and watch the foam blowing across the sand.

Sometimes those wild, blustery days are the very best days to be on the beach.

No crowds. No rushing. Just miles of coastline, fresh air, happy dogs and the chance to properly switch off.

Then it’s back to the cottage, put your feet up, make a cuppa and get warm.

So why not escape to Llŷn this winter?

Come and chill, slow down and get those cobwebs well and truly blown away.

🐾 Dogs are very welcome too.

Winter short breaks from just £189 for 3 nights.

Sometimes you don’t need a big holiday.

You just need a few days away. ❤️
