Last night’s Ross-on-Wye Lions Club CIO fireworks display 🎆🎇

Sat in the comfort of our sun lounge, we could see the display over the river, and what an incredible display it was!

A massive thank you to everyone involved in organisation of the display, and we hope everyone had a lovely Halloween 🎃

After carefully planning (and persuading some staff members), we are both really proud and excited to announce that we’ll be completing a 24Hour Charity Cycling Challenge 🚲

🗓️ 1st December 2026
Our starting cyclist will begin the challenge at 5:00pm on a static bike located in the sun lounge

💷 Donations will be split 50/50 between Merton House Hotel and Dementia UK

❓ Why ❓
At Merton House, we see first hand how Dementia can affect so many individuals, their families and their support networks.

We pride ourselves in wanting to leave a positive legacy and a massive part of us doing that means we must take a proactive approach to create change.

By fundraising for Dementia UK allows them to continue to provide life changing support to those affected.
