We couldn’t ask for a better way to finish this season than the return of folk club favourites Zoë Conway and John Mc Intyre, A fabulous night of world-class music. Our next concert is the Mulligan Family from Dundalk on August 24th. That kicks off a really exciting autumn and spring series which includes our tenth anniversary concert on November 16th.

Our thanks to all who came to the packed performance of ‘Plurabelles’ last night. The women in James Joyce’s work came to vivid life in a spellbinding solo performance by Maggie Shevlin that will long be remembered by those who were there. Over £600 was raised for the Dua Ahmed fund.

Our next event is next Monday night’s Folk Club concert with Zoë Conway and John Mc Intyre, described by the BBC as ‘one of the best folk duos on the planet’. We have just a few tickets remaining. Tickets (£12.50) are available from Good Craic gifts in the square, Crawfords Bar after 3pm daily or by calling 028 417 39911.
