🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE – HOTEL CLOSURE 🚨

Unfortunately, the hotel is still without electricity, and we continue to experience serious disruption following the severe weather.

Scottish Water has not identified the issue affecting the water supply yet and is working to resolve it.

Due to these ongoing issues, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests tonight either.

All affected bookings will be refunded in due course. We kindly ask for your patience while we deal with the situation.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's continued understanding.

🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – SEVERE WEATHER 🚨

Due to the severe storm and extreme weather conditions, the hotel is currently experiencing major disruption, including no running water, loss of phone signal and communication difficulties.

We are also aware that roads are blocked, making travel extremely difficult or impossible for some guests.

Your safety is our absolute priority, and we urge everyone not to put themselves at risk attempting to travel.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing communication issues, no one is currently able to contact the hotel directly, so if anyone has been trying to get in touch without success, this is the reason why.

We want to reassure everyone that anyone unable to attend due to the severe weather and road closures will be issued a refund in due course.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we work through this situation. Refunds and any outstanding enquiries will be dealt with as soon as we are in a position to do so.

This is an unprecedented situation completely beyond our control, and we understand how disappointing and frustrating it may be for everyone affected.

Fresh sandwiches are still available for hotel guests looking to bring a packed lunch on their departure day

⚽️We wrapped up the World Cup in the Clansman with a Spanish victory. A big thank you to all those who came along to watch!

🛍️New West Highland Way Official merchandise is now available from the Rowardennan Shop. From the iconic passports to key rings, patches, hats, and more - there’s plenty of options to explore

🛠️Maintenance work continues on the hotel’s building and grounds. The exterior is getting a fresh coat of paint, paving slabs have been regrouted, and too many minor repairs to name!

🌺The flowers around the hotel are in bloom

🥾A familiar face stopped by again. John Bell came in to say hello on his way to Fort William, completing the West Highland Way is under 40 hours - a incredible achievement

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿We had great pleasure hosting those who came along to the Clansman to cheer on Scotland in the World Cup. We may be out but the games continue and we’ll be there to show them!

🛶The sun is shining and our unbeatable view makes Rowardennan an ideal location for water activities. Come and enjoy the weather whilst it lasts
