We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic Cook or Chef, Part time & Full time with the ability to work efficiently within all areas of our covid safe kitchen. Within the pub all our food is made to order, we offer a range of gastro pub food and daily specials. The right candidate enjoys producing fresh and delicious food in a very efficient manner.
We are looking for someone who can prepare, cook and plate well-presented food to our guests whilst running their own section and maintaining a high level of cleanliness. We want to hear from you if you can bring ideas, baking and cooking skills, leadership, creativity, enthusiasm and energy to our already lively and busy kitchen. The role also requires you to prepare and create a range of hot and cold dishes to order for our customers, you’ll follow the menu plan to a very high standard and deliver the food within agreed time periods in line with food hygiene law.
We expect our Chefs to take responsibility for the ordering, cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, planning and production of all food on offer. Being a team player is a must.
