Even the yoghurt has a second act at Magnolia House.

Our homemade yoghurt tastes wonderful with our granola, pancakes or a spoonful of breakfast compote.

But the care doesn’t stop once it reaches the breakfast table.

After the yoghurt is strained, the whey is diluted with water and used to feed the blueberries in the garden.

Those blueberries will then make their way back into our homemade breakfast compote.
