Thank you so so much to everyone who voted for us and supported us from the very beginning, we couldn't do it without you. It genuinely means the world. What started last year has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of here in Essex — and this feels like a huge moment for us.

On 20th June we welcome our first guests of the season at Readers Field Glamping.

Our opening night falls on the Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year – a beautiful way to begin the summer, with long evenings in the countryside, time around the fire pit, and sunsets over the field.

With just four bell tents, it’s always a quiet and peaceful escape.

We had an enquiry about exclusive site hire today and it made us realise just how little availability we have left this summer!

🌿✨ 3 weeks to go until we open for Summer 2026 at Readers Field Glamping — Saturday 20 June ✨🌿

We still have availability across our early summer weekends, including some of our first dates after opening 💛 If you’re thinking of a countryside escape, these early weekends are a great time to visit before the summer really fills up.

We also have a small number of 1-night weekend stays available — ideal if you just want a quick reset outdoors.

Mid-week stays are available from Tuesday 21 July, along with Sunday–Thursday 1-night stays for shorter breaks away.

Evenings around the fire pit, slow mornings with coffee outside, and clear skies once the sun goes down ✨
