Next year Trevellas Manor Farm Campsite will be 100 years old! We are one of the oldest campsites in Cornwall and we are lucky enough that we have guests who have been coming since they came with their grandparents! We hear fabulous stories of family holidays and what the campsite and this beautiful area was like in years gone by. We would like to share some stories and photos of guests who have been visiting over the years. If you have a story or any photos to share or know someone who does please share them with us at [email protected] and your story can be a part of our centenary celebrations!

Freshly brewed delicious coffee or a cosy cup of tea?
We are often asked for recommendations for good coffee. Here at TMF campsite, we do enjoy a good coffee and have selflessly sought out the best coffees around for you!
Firstly what more could you want than coffee from Espresso cornwall right here on site – most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays about 10am, look out for the lovely van playing a 1940s coffee song with fresh coffee, flaky pastries and dangerously delicious cakes from Espresso Cornwall Cakes
On the days when Espresso Cornwall isn’t here, we can highly recommend the following places;
The Sorting Office, St Agnes – Situated in Churchtown St Agnes, they are always very welcoming and friendly, make amazing coffees in a perfect cosy little cafe as well as serving pastries, bagels, smoothies and exciting matchas.
Crib Cafe & Deli – Perranporth High Street’s best coffee shop serving amazing coffee including guest brews, tasty pastries from some of Cornwall’s best bakeries and fresh sandwiches. They also have some amazing deli bits like local kimchi!
Slous Cliff Top Kitchen – Because we do love coffee with a view, up in Droskyn carpark perfect for a brew whilst doing a surf check. Tasty coffee, breakfast baps and cakes!
Feel free to have a chat with us and we will be more than happy to chat about recommendations further afield if you're planning a day out!
St Agnes Miners & Mechanics' Institute - MMI The Institute St Agnes is our favourite spot for something a bit different for brunch or lunch. Their chilli crunch adds spicy magic to classic brunches, amazing sandwiches and they serve perfect coffees and pastries. They also sell coffee accessories and a selection of very cool vinyl!
Finally the wonderful St Agnes Bakery - award winning bakery with perfect sourdoughs, pastries, cakes, pasties and particularly sensational sausage rolls. Our favourite is their foccacia which is perfect for a picnic. You can grab a coffee too aswell as local produce like honey!

So much more than the sea-views but the sea-view is certainly special. Our popular sea-view pitches get booked up quickly in peak season, but never fear - you are never too far away from a sea-view on site. Park up a camping seat in the middle of the left hand field that is always left clear. You can pop down to our recreational area and have a sunset picnic looking down the dramatic Jericho Valley or utilise the benches to see right down into Trevellas Cove.

On a clear evening the sunsets can be really special and even when there are a few clouds around, some of the colours you get in the sky just after sunset can be absolutely spectacular.

We are super excited to welcome Linda & Lee back to the campsite this season. On site this Friday from 17:30. After the mini heatwave we have had, temperatures are going to be dropping to a more manageable 16-18 degrees this Friday so some delicious toppings over a jacket potato, seasoned wedges or a toasted flat bread will make an ideal dinner.

We hope that you have all managed to enjoy this lovely weather. We have had a stunning few days with more to come. Next up in our series of Things To Do. Dog Friendly focus today. We love meeting all your lovely pups, our off lead dog walk area has dramatic views down Jericho Valley. We have handy doggy parks outside the facilities and you can use the wetsuit shower if they need a little cool off. We have emergency dog waste bags aswell as treats if the pups are in need of a little welcome snack! We allow up to three well behaved dogs online (potentially more subject to discussion)
There is so much to do close by.
There are three dog friendly coves and beaches close by - Trevellas, Trevaunance and Perranporth (subject to rules around dogs on lead) and we have a list with more information on dog friendly beaches in reception.
Our favourite dog friendly pubs are both about 30 minutes walk - Driftwood Spars and The Miners Arms with delicious food, great drinks and wonderful atmosphere.
The Jericho Valley walk is a nice shady alternative to the coastal path if we get weather like this, with a lovely little stream for them to cool off.
We have helpful lists of dog friendly taxis aswell!
Book now online or call us on 01872 552238.

Number 3 in our series of wonderful things to do on our doorstep - Wildlife watching. One of our favourite things to do is a sunrise stroll down Jericho Valley or down to Trevellas to the sound of the dawn chorus. Spot some of the wonderful birds we are so lucky to see here including the iconic Choughs who even grace our field from time to time. This rare bird was extinct in the UK but is making a come back with an article on the BBC about them being spotted at Tintagel Castle for the first time in decades invoking memories of King Arthur due to the legend that his soul was said to live on in the form of a chough. The distinctive sound of a Stone Chat or startling beauty of a Goldfinch. We can help you out with some bird spotting books and hints and tips of what to look out for. The vibrant plant life is all around from the violets in our hedges, cowslips in the recreational area and rare orchids on the coastal path. Trevellas and Trevaunance are ideal for a spot of rockpooling looking out for anenomes and the amazing Sailor on the Wind. We are lucky enough to spot seals occasionally and can recommend some good nearby beaches to get some wonderful views of these lovely mammals.
