The Walled Garden Open Day! 🪴

Be among the first to experience the newly restored Historic Walled Garden at St Osyth Priory - opening to visitors on
Wednesday the 12th of August 2026!

Join us between 10am and 3pm for the first official opening of our beautifully restored Walled Garden and discover the
incredible transformation of this historic space.

Take a leisurely stroll through the gardens, relax amongst the beautiful surroundings, and meet some of the newest residents
of the estate, including our friendly chickens!

During your visit, enjoy homemade refreshments from our pop-up café and visit our Potting Shed Shop to purchase produce from the estate.

A milestone birthday to remember at St Osyth Priory. 🪩

Set beneath our beautiful stretch tent on the North Lawn, with breathtaking views of Darcy House and nestled beside the Deer Park Kitchen, this celebration was all about relaxed luxury.

A gorgeous pink theme, bespoke birthday cocktails, our famous St Osyth Priory beef burgers, wood-fired pizzas fresh from the outdoor pizza oven, and plenty of dancing under the stars made for an unforgettable evening.

Ance & Tom at St Osyth Priory 🤍

Looking back at Ance & Tom’s beautiful wedding at St Osyth Priory in April this year.

The couple stayed with us the night before their wedding, with Ance getting ready on the morning of the big day in our historic Rochford Suite before leaving for their church ceremony.

After exchanging vows, they returned to St Osyth Priory, arriving beneath our magnificent Gatehouse before celebrating with family and friends. Guests enjoyed a drinks reception outside Darcy House before making their way to The Gallery for a wonderful wedding breakfast.

Their carefully chosen menu included Bang Bang prawn bao buns with pickled vegetables and crispy chilli oil to start, with a vegetarian option of leek and Emmental tortellini served with caramelised leeks and Parmesan.

For the main course, guests enjoyed seared chicken with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans and Dijon cream, while the vegetarian option was a butternut squash and Brie Wellington with salsa verde and new potatoes.

Dessert was a warm triple chocolate brownie served with raspberries and vanilla ice cream.

A truly beautiful day! 🤍
