THRESHERS COTTAGE
Threshers Cottage at Hayburnbeck Farm

The cottage sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms, it has a bathroom with bath only and a seperate shower room woth shower.

There is a log burner in the lounge for enjoying cosy warm evenings.

In the dining area there is a large dining table with ample room for 5 people to sit and enjoy a meal.

The cottage is dog freindly there is also a dog shower for guests to use, it has wi fi there is parking for 2 cars and outside there is seating with table to enjoy eating outside.

At Hayburnbeck there is a short private footapth for guests to use to get directly onto The Cinder Track.

NEWLANDS FARM HOUSE

Newlands Farm House sleeps 9 guests over 3 floors

On the ground floor there is a farm house style kitchen with large kitchen table, range cooker it is fully equiped with everything you need.
The snug has a large smart TV with sofa where you can sit and watch a movie or film, in the lounge the view is the thing that is the most impressive both in summer, dark nights you can enjoy looking uo into the sky at all the stars or sit in front of the log burner. There is also a wetroom.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms one with an ensuite shower room, a large twin, a small twin and a large family bathroom.

There is a private hot tub in the houses garden with seating and a fire pit.

A very special weekend in Whitby, held in Whitby every year this year it's Friday 30th October -Sunday 1st November.
This is a wonderful way to celebrate Halloween it's exciting, fun and really enjoyable. People put alot of effort into their costumes they are truely outstanding.

ROSE COTTAGE

Rose Cottage is very classy and charming cottage having been tastefully redecorated, it's the little things that make a difference.

The cottage sleeps 4 guests with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Downstairs there is a well equiped kitchen, the lounge dinning area has an electric effect log burner. There is also a smart tv, comfortable seating and dining table and chairs. The downstairs loo is just off the side of the entrance hall.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 a double and the second is a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with bath and seperate shower cubicle.

There is wi fi, it is dog friendly with dog shower, heated drying locker and it also has cycle storage shed and shared use of a hot tub in the garden area.
