Receptionist – Part Time

You’re more than a receptionist, you are the first contact for most of our guests so a “can do” positive outlook is a must, in this customer focused role. You will be mainly reception based but at The Wortley we are one team and at times you will help out in other departments such as food and beverage. You won’t just be checking people in all day; you’ll be involved in meeting & event bookings, as well as answering guests’ queries. Basic computer skills are required but full training will be given on our in-house systems.
Shifts are 7am – 3pm or 3pm – 11pm over a seven-day rota. We envisage this role to cover 3/4 shifts per week but this may change to cover holidays & the needs of the business. To apply please call into reception for an application form or email a cv to [email protected]
