Manor Farm Caravan Site Manor Farm is a quiet site on a working farm overlooking Seaton & the Axe Valley An annual gas check will also be carried out for your safety.

Our Seasonal Pitches all have fantastic views of Seaton bay and the Axe Valley and we will level each caravan, build or extend every decking to fit your awning and sundeck or balcony seating areas. We will also bury your electric cable so it can be left permanently plugged in while in use. We also have a local company who will wash your caravan at the start of each season, before your first visit. We also have 13 terraced electric pitches for touring caravans and motor homes; and an extra secluded area for tents with stunning views out to sea. There are two toilet blocks, which each have hot showers, chemical disposal points and a laundry room. There is a disabled toilet at the top toilet block. The on-site shop stocks a wide range of daily goods, including ordered newspapers, most daily food requirements, including local alcohol, everything for a BBQ and also many camping accessories. The enclosed children’s playground, which can be viewed from around the site, has equipment for all ages, including swings, slides, seesaws, roundabouts, a double fortress and a huge pitate ship! There is also dog walking field. Our Pets Corner has a small flock of sheep, goats, free-range chicken, ducks and Shetland ponies. Children are very welcome to come and watch us feeding the animals, collecting eggs, bottle feeding the lambs and grooming our ponies and donkeys. We can offer year round storage for your caravan, motor home or boat in a small paddock just below our site shop. You can phone us anytime 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or 9am-1pm at weekends to book one of our level touring pitches or enquire about one a seasonal pitch.

Just to be clear, gas bbqs & cookers are fine as long as they’re cleaned between each use, off grass & away from awnings & raised off the ground. Coal or wood bbqs & fire pits are banned as per our T’s&C’s.

Please be sure you have an in-date fire extinguisher nearby when any bbq is in use.
Please be vigilant & safe during these lovely heatwaves.

**POLITE NOTICE**
Could whoever left the sofa bed in our bin area by the lower toilet block please report to the shop/office to collect it as it’s classed as POPS and Bottleman won’t take it. In fact they won’t take anything that is not IN their bins. You will need to take it away the same way you brought it here!
The same applies to the England b**r fridge in the photo.
There is a sign at the entrance to the bin area listing what you are allowed to put in them.
We can see you on our cameras and if this ‘Fly-Tipping’ continues seasonal fees will go up to cover the cost of cameras outside all our bin areas.

It's about to go BOOM in B**r with their annual Regatta week starting on Saturday. Why not start on Friday instead with our lovely line up of authentic street food? Let the kids run wild on the beach and enjoy some downtime with summer outdoor dining.

B**r Jubilee, this Friday 7 August 4-9pm or when the food runs out. Just head to the beach and turn left.
