MONOCHROME MONDAY 2027 — TICKETS ARE NOW LIVE 🖤

On Monday 18th January, we’re bringing Monochrome Monday back for its second year, held at the stunning East Afton Farmhouse.

This year, around 130 people joined us for an evening that raised more than £12,000 forThe Burnt Chef Project The support was honestly far bigger than we expected — so we knew we had to do it again.

For 2027, 6 chefs will each create a course inspired by a different continent, reflecting the global reach of The Burnt Chef Project and the people it supports across hospitality.

Your ticket includes:

• Arrival canapes
• An arrival drink
• A five-course dinner
• Entertainment
• A goody bag

You can book individual tickets, a table of ten or one of our VIP tables, which includes a magnum of ch*****ne and private bar service.

Monochrome Monday is about bringing the Island’s hospitality community and its supporters together for a brilliant evening, while raising money and awareness for better mental health across our industry.

A post, a conversation, and a new chef at the pass. 🖤

We’re delighted to welcome Tom, Head Chef at Seaview Hotel - Restaurant and Bar, to the Monochrome Monday chef team.

After seeing a post about the event, Tom approached us to ask how he could get involved. That willingness to give his time and skills is exactly the spirit that makes this evening possible.

He’ll be creating the arrival canapés — the first bites of an evening bringing people together over food to support The Burnt Chef Project. Here's a sneak peak 👀
