St Marks Stays St Marks Stays is self-catering group accommodation in beautiful Cumbrian countryside St Marks Stays has 8 bedrooms, 6 are ensuite and 2 share a bathroom.

There is a dining room, 2 lounges, self-catering kitchen, studio for retreats and extensive garden. We are pet friendly and have an EV charger. We live in a self contained apartment at the end of the house, so are around if needed.

"Life is a privilege, but to live life to the fullest, well that is a choice."

We wanted to send our thought and love to the family and friends of Jules. We were very shocked and sad to hear of her passing last week. Jules ran her coaching retreats here with us at St Marks Stays and having spoken to one of her regular guests, we know she will leave a gap for them. We will miss her joy and smiles, but she did share her knowledge with those who worked with her.

Jules and I (Joanne) had the exact same birth date and we talked about our experiences of hiking in Nepal when she was last here just in May this year. Jules went out and lived life and it is, as always when people leave this world behind, a stark reminder to go out and live life x

If your chef, or caterer needs to know what is in the kitchen before they arrive, we have photos ready to send of what's in the drawers and cupboards.

We can often also be around to take in your food delivery for you if you check the time with us.

Well day 3 at the was our last wonderful day there. Thanks to for being so welcoming and the businesses at for the amazing food! Good to meet various people at also.
