Something very special is coming our way in 2027! Stage 1 of the Tour de France will race through the Scottish Borders on Friday 2nd July, with the route passing the edge of Selkirk as the riders make their way from Edinburgh towards Carlisle.

A peaceful Full Moon Women’s Gathering at St Mary’s Loch this month. With movement, journalling, yoga, a fire ceremony and an outdoor sound bath. 🌿✨

A beautiful local event in the heart of the Scottish Borders 💙

🌕 FULL MOON WOMEN’S GATHERING

**Saturday 29th August | 5.30pm–9pm**
**Loch of the Lowes, Selkirk**

Join us for a beautiful evening beside the loch as we gather beneath the Full Moon to slow down, reconnect and create space to reflect and release.

We'll begin with nature-inspired crafts and connection before moving into a gentle **somatic dance and movement practice** — an invitation to move intuitively, release tension and reconnect with the body without needing to know any particular steps.

We'll then settle into guided reflection and journalling before gathering around the fire for a simple Full Moon release ceremony.

As the evening quietens, we'll move into a **gentle Moon Flow yoga practice**, allowing the body to soften and the breath to settle, before lying beneath the open sky for an **outdoor sound bath**, surrounded by the warmth of the fire and the sounds of nature.

**Please note:** Due to recent blue-green algae reports at St Mary's Loch, we will not be including the previously planned loch dip. Instead, we'll use that time to settle around the fire and allow the evening to unfold slowly.

No dance, yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
