What a way to wrap up our final Owners’ Rum Tasting of 2026 🥃

From 1968 Unaged White Rum and Dark Navy Rum to Cinnabar Spiced and Mutiny Coconut, it was a brilliant afternoon of sipping. The Rum Collins got things off to a refreshing start, and the Spiced Chocolate Martini was a big hit to finish.

🍋 Rum Collins
25ml 1968 Unaged White Rum, 20ml Dark Navy Rum, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup. Build over ice in a tall glass, top with soda and garnish with a lemon wheel.

🍫 Spiced Chocolate Martini
25ml Cinnabar Spiced Rum, 25ml Verdant Chocolate Vodka, 25ml Baileys, 10ml double cream. Shake with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass, then finish with chocolate sauce and a chocolate wafer.
