Our guest ales have changed!

We have CAMRA champion Timothy Taylor's Landlord, a classic, amber-hued pale ale. ABV 4.3%. With its complex citrus and hoppy aroma, it makes an excellent companion for our fish and chips and steak and ale pie. Or why not try it with our beef stifado, a traditional Greek stew?
π― We have one of two new guest ales - Theakston's Best! A full-bodied bitter balanced with English hops and malted barley, it is slightly darker than Landlord and has an ABV of 3.8%. Theakston's Best also pairs well with fish and chips, steak and ale pie, and beef stifado.
π§ββοΈ Our second new guest ale is Moorhouse's White Witch! A light blonde ale with a fresh citrusy taste and a grapefruit aroma, it has cascade and centennial hops and an ABV of 3.9%. If you're after a pub classic, try this with our sea bass or salmon. If you're looking to try something new, White Witch also pairs well with two of our Greek dishes - briam and chicken souvlaki!
We are open for food with our full menu everyday apart from Wednesdays. Booking is recommended, especially over the weekends, so contact us to secure your place. π
