Villa Toni is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in the area of Pollensa with it's beautiful countryside, giving you a quiet and private location, however the villa is only a 10-15 minutes’ drive to restaurants and beaches.

The ground floor consists of a comfortable, bright living/dining area, with doors leading to outside and a fully equipped country kitchen, one twin bedroom with doors leading to the outside and a bathroom. The sweeping staircase leads to the first floor that overlooks the living area where there is a further double bedroom with small balcony with amazing views, and a twin bedroom. Both rooms share a walk-in shower room.

The beautiful landscaped gardens are enjoyed as they overlook the generously sized pool with roman steps and a large terrace for you to enjoy your days relaxing in the Mallorcan sun with amazing sunsets the mountains in the background.
