With the lovely weather we've been enjoying, we're welcoming lots of visitors to our Leisure Club. We'd like to take this opportunity to gently remind everyone of our pool rules to help keep all our guests safe.

Any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by a swimming adult (18 years or older).

One adult may supervise a maximum of four guests under the age of 16 at any one time.

If a guest appears to be under 16, our team may ask for proof of age.

As our pool does not have a lifeguard on duty, we are required to follow stricter supervision guidelines than some other pools. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our guests, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Finally, we'd like to remind everyone that our team members are here to help and are simply carrying out the policies and procedures required of them. We kindly ask that all staff are treated with courtesy, respect and kindness.
