"Fancy a day out in Ventnor? 🌊

Just a few miles along the coast from Shanklin, Ventnor is an easy day trip when staying at The Seascape.

Spend the morning wandering along Ventnor Beach and the seafront, explore the independent shops and cafés, or head down to Steephill Cove tucked below the cliffs.

If you fancy getting out into the countryside, Ventnor Downs offers beautiful views across the Island, while Ventnor Botanic Gardens is another lovely place to spend a few hours.

And getting there is easy too! The Seasacape has a bus stop a short walk away, so if you wanted to, you can leave the car behind and hop on the bus to Ventnor.

Just one of the many places you can explore from your base in Shanklin 🚌

One of the best things about staying at The Seascape is having the Isle of Wight Coast Path right opposite the apartment.

The path runs through Luccombe as part of the King Charles III England Coast Path, giving you the perfect opportunity to step out and explore the coastline on foot.

Whether you’re heading out for a morning walk, taking in the sea views or setting off for a longer coastal adventure, you can join the route just across the road.

And after a day exploring? You’re only a few steps away from coming back to The Seascape and putting your feet up.

One of the Isle of Wight’s most recognisable landmarks 🌿

Bembridge Windmill has stood overlooking the eastern side of the island for centuries, surrounded by beautiful countryside and coastal views.
