Something that delights us most is having repeat guests who choose us again and again, it's always a joy to see familiar faces and get to know the people who love our boutique guest accommodation, our location and our hospitality.

We always try our best to cater to unique dietary requirements and further needs - whether you have an allergy to feathers in bedding, can only consume a certain type of milk, or have a food allergy or intolerance, your comfort and safety are our priority.

One of the most-loved spots in the hotel, our Sun Lounge is a place where time seems to slow down...

Tucked away in a peaceful corner, with comfortable rattan seating, binoculars for spotting activity out at sea, and sunshine streaming through the windows, it's easy to see why many of our regular guests spend hours here simply relaxing and taking in the view.

Whether you're enjoying a cream tea, a freshly brewed coffee, a glass of prosecco, homemade cake, or a taste of our homemade marmalade, the Sun Lounge is the perfect place to unwind and watch the world go by. We have a brilliant array of books and magazines (fiction, non-fiction and vintage) to keep you busy, including a historic archive of the Isle of Wight.

What a wonderful bank holiday weekend we've all just had - the garden, skies and seas are vivid of colour and we've much enjoyed meeting all the new faces who've visited us. What better way to spend your morning, having breakfast on a warm morning, sitting under shade on the terrace overlooking a Mediterranean-like view. Absolutely splendid. Especially with the recent news that Shanklin is THE sunniest place in the UK.

Our coffee lounge boasts wonderful views of the coast, warm sunny rays casting through the bright windows and an array of delicious homemade cakes and cookies all baked on-site. With our coffee lounge loyalty card, you can also treat yourself to your 10th hot drink with us, on us :)

After something a little 'more'? We also serve classic cream teas (we have to admit, our homemade scones are incredible), high teas and have a cafe menu with cooked dishes which changes occasionally - so there's always a chance to try something new, and never room for boredom.

You can't get bored in the lounge - we have ample books of a variety from non-fiction history of the Isle of Wight to fictional thrillers and romance. Fancy something more social? We also have a fully stocked games cupboard, and ample puzzles for you to get stuck into.

Our coffee lounge looks over the garden, and in the warmer days we wouldn't be surprised if you get enticed to sit outside in our award-winning garden.
