An early kick-off means Saturday starts on Bramall Lane. 🔴⚪

Before the Blades take on Derby, there’s important matchday preparation to take care of: a bacon sandwich, a few beers and plenty of talk about the starting eleven.

We’re ready to welcome you before the short walk to the turnstiles.

❤️⚔️ Once a Blade, always a Blade.

And yesterday was a lovely reminder that being a Blade is about so much more than what happens on the pitch.

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the Senior Blades family to DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City for an afternoon of good food, great company and plenty of conversation.

There were smiles all round, a fantastic atmosphere and, a few laughs along the way!

There’s something really special about bringing people together on Bramall Lane, a place that holds so many memories for generations of Sheffield United supporters.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to our brilliant team for looking after our special guests.

Same colours. So many stories. One big Blades family. ❤️🤍⚔️

👨‍🍳 Behind every great meal, there’s a team that puts their heart into it. 🍪❤️

And today, for International Chefs Day, we’re giving a well-deserved shoutout to Head Chef Raff and his brilliant team!

They’ve certainly been keeping busy today, spending the afternoon cooking up something special for our Senior Blades. ⚔️♥️

From feeding hungry fans to creating delicious dishes at dō deli Sheffield, our chefs are the people behind so many of the moments that bring guests together here at Bramall Lane.

And while they’re usually busy making sure everyone else is well fed, today it’s their turn to enjoy a little appreciation.

Raff and team, chef’s hats off to you! 👨‍🍳👏

Happy International Chefs Day from all of us at DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City!

💚 There’s more than one way to check in at a hotel…

And last week, we were checking in on each other.

For our Mental Health Awareness Week, our DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City team took some time out of their busy days to focus on something just as important as looking after our guests. Looking after ourselves and each other.
We swapped the hotel corridors for a wellness walk around the stadium, explored the benefits of mindfulness and rounded off the week with a few well-deserved sweet treats. 🍪

Because in hospitality, we spend so much of our time making sure everyone else feels welcome, comfortable and cared for. Sometimes, it’s important to turn that same care towards the people we work alongside every day.

And while the activities were lovely, the real value was in taking time to connect, have a conversation and remind each other that a simple “How are you doing?” can go a long way.

After all, a warm welcome starts with a team that feels supported. 💚
