Recognised as Hidden Heroes for their volunteering with the National Trust at Brownsea Island since 2011, Peter and Jenny have given so much of their time as long-serving volunteers and wildlife wardens who safeguard the nature reserve.

It was a pleasure to offer them a little time to relax and be looked after. Thank you both for all that you do! ✨

𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐬 20 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬! 🎉

Congratulations to Duncan, who is celebrating an incredible 20 years with The Victoria Hotel & Source Spa.

Duncan has been an important part of the hotel’s story since first joining us in 1995 as a Concord Trainee, staying until 1999. He returned in 2000, progressing through the ranks from Junior Manager to Assistant Manager, before leaving in 2003.

Then, in 2006, Duncan returned once again as Deputy Manager - continuing his journey with The Victoria ever since.

From trainee to Deputy Manager and beyond, it’s a remarkable journey built on dedication, experience and a lasting connection to The Victoria Hotel & Source Spa of The Brend Collection.

Congratulations, Duncan, and thank you for 20 wonderful years! 🥂✨
