🥰 Are you bringing little ones to Seagreen?

Seagreen is so family-friendly that we have little ones return year after year.

From the snug filled with toys books and games, to our games room for family competitions.

We have a doll’s house and train track, plus our arcade machine with thousands of games.

We haven’t forgotten the practicalities either, with 2 cots, highchairs, nightlights and safety gates, there’s room in the car for a few luxuries.

In the warmer months, bring out the garden games such as skittles our boules and in winter get together in the cabin and toast marshmallows.

🥳 Seven years ago, we got the keys to Seagreen and the journey began.

⭐️ It took 3 months to get Seagreen ready for guests, with the arrival of the cabin, lots of work in the garden and many trips back and forth with lots of bits and bobs.

🥰 Since then, we've had 238 bookings stay at Seagreen, 1312 adults, 292 children, 39 babies, 557 dogs, 4 bunnies, one cat and Charlie the parrot.

🎂 There have been birthdays and anniversaries, banners and balloons, bubbly and cake.

🌞 We have had heatwaves where the house reached 28 without the heating on and snow on the beach, with a few good storms thrown in.

😬 We made it through Brexit, Covid, the energy and mortgage crisis, the cost of living crisis and the summer of 2024 when the sun refused to make an entrance.

🥰 We send a huge thank you to everyone who has helped us through the past 7 years, from our housekeeping Team and the amazing Catherina and her sidekick, to our laundry ladies for performing miracles every single week, to Ryan our window cleaner, Callum who is always there when trucks knock over the fence and Mark for our amazing flooring and help when emergencies strike. Also thanks to Andy who’s always on hand to put things back together when they fall apart at Seagreen and a big thank you to Silloth doctors and also the vets in Wigton who have dealt with numerous guest emergencies.

Thank you to Dave for keeping us gas safe, thanks to Chris the sweep for looking after the log burner, and a huge thank you to all our amazing neighbours at Seagreen who are so welcoming to our guests.

Thank you to all the local businesses for making holidays in Silloth so much fun, from The Fairydust Emporium Silloth, to The Cumberland Inn, Silloth Amusement Arcade and Greenview Guest House, not to mention The Bank of Silloth and NO 17 Deli cieux and Marios of Silloth and our dog treat suppliers, Wolf Iz.

This list could go on and on, with so many people who have helped us along the way. But finally we send a huge thank you to YOU, you who are reading this post, who will click like or post a comment, those of you who share our posts, book a stay and then come back again! Thank you so much.

🥰 it was a sad weekend at Seagreen, as we said goodbye to Charlotte, Chris and all their friends.

Furry ones, Milo and the bunnies had a great stay.

We send them all a great big thank you for choosing Seagreen and we can’t wait for them to return next year.

It wasn’t all sad, as we said a big hello to Vicky and family for a third stay at Seagreen, and they were delighted to find their pictures on display in the kitchen.

🥳 Big Cancellation in at Seagreen!!!

Christmas week is now available at Seagreen so you can enjoy all the festivities that a stay in Silloth offers.

Enjoy lunch at Fairydust, a special evening out in one of the local restaurants and then plan a cosy evening in the cabin.

There’s also a games room for family fun and lots of toys to keep the little ones entertained.

🥰 it was a sad weekend at Seagreen, as we said goodbye to Donna, Alan, their family, little Noah and the furry ones.

Furry ones, Dollie and Ozzy had a great stay and enjoyed many a snooze around the house.
