We’re into the second day of the mini heatwave sweeping across the country, but at least here on the coast we have a slight breeze taking the edge off the heat. 🌊☀️

Hopefully it’s helping everyone stay a little more comfortable as the temperatures continue to rise. Enjoy the sunshine, stay hydrated, and make the most of it! 😎🍦

We're having some beautiful weather here in Skegness, with more to come this weekend, thankfully with that gentle breeze keeping things a tad cooler. Here at the Brackenhurst, your comfort is very important to us, so we do our best to try and help our guests keep cool.

All of rooms include an electric fan, and we sell chilled bottles of water, only 60p or 2 for a £1, some are charging £2 a bottle! and of course, you have tea & coffee making facilities and biscuits too.

Our 'Deluxe' double room also benefits from having this lovely seating area in the bay window, which gets lots of natural daylight, but heavyweight quality curtains too, which as you can see help to keep the room cooler and restrict light when needed. The comfy bed features hotel quality bedding, with 200 thread count cotton duvet / pillowcase covers, and 2 pillows per person ...if you need more, just ask!
Finally, *this room can be booked with a mini fridge! It's small & cute, but holds up to 6 x 330ml cans, so handy to have this time of year.

Thinking of coming for a stay with us in the cooler, quieter months, there's still much to enjoy, and it's cheaper! which is why we have a number of guests that choose to return in September & October.
