An idyllic Inn, perhaps the most beautiful setting in the Yorkshire dales, offering great dining, with cosy snug and roaring log fires, low ceilings and a true welcome. Fine food is served all day, everyday, making the Fountaine an ideal walking destination at any time of year. Only five minutes from bustling Grassington, dining at the Fountaine is an informal affair. Find a table in the bar, browse our menu, decide what you would like to eat and place your order at the food desk near the restaurant.

We are up and running again at the Fountaine! While the last of the storm passes over the next day or two, we recommend everyone planning to come to book online, so that we are able to contact you should the worst happen and we lose power again!
