SITE WARDEN AND EVENTS COORDINATOR COUPLE WANTED
We’re looking for a practical, enthusiastic and hardworking couple to join our team and help run our beautiful countryside park in East Devon for the 2027 season.
This is a varied, hands-on live-in role with accommodation options for the right couple, including but not limited to:
🔧 General maintenance, groundskeeping and management of our 90 acre site
🧹 Housekeeping and guest changeovers
📞 Guest services, reception and booking administration
☕ Management and staffing of our seasonal pop-up café and shop
🎪 Events planning and delivery
📱 Marketing, social media and promoting the park
🌲 Site patrols, security and general park operations
The ideal couple will be friendly, reliable, organised and happy to turn their hand to a wide range of tasks. Experience in holiday parks, hospitality, café or retail management, events, marketing, reception or campsite booking software such as Camp Manager is desirable but not essential.
Flexibility is essential, including weekend work and availability during May half-term, the summer holidays and other peak periods. Time off is encouraged during quieter months.
Pay and accomodation packages based on individuals and experience.
