🌼 How beautiful does Raylands Country Park look at the moment? 🌼

The grass is full of buttercups, clover, daisies and heal-all, creating a stunning carpet of wildflowers across the park.

Not only do they look beautiful, but they're also a sign of healthy soil and a thriving natural environment. We don't use pesticides, allowing nature to do what it does best. Plants like clover naturally add nitrogen back into the soil, helping to keep it healthy while providing food and habitat for bees, butterflies and other wildlife. 🐝🦋

It's amazing what can flourish when nature is given a helping hand. 💚

Have you spotted the wildflowers around the park this week? We'd love to see your photos in the comments! 📸

There’s something special about waking up at Raylands Holiday Park.

Step outside early in the morning and you’ll be greeted by the dawn chorus, with birdsong filling the air from every corner of the park. Later in the day, you might spot our kestrels soaring overhead or catch a glimpse of one of our barn owls hunting across the meadows.

As part of our rewilding journey, we're creating more opportunities for guests to connect with nature. From discovering the incredible variety of moths attracted to our moth traps, to spotting butterflies, birds of prey and other wildlife thriving across the park, every visit offers something different.

More and more people are looking for a chance to escape the noise and distractions of everyday life, slow down, and reconnect with the natural world. At Raylands, nature isn't just something to look at – it's part of the experience.

Whether you're an avid wildlife enthusiast or simply enjoy a peaceful walk surrounded by nature, there's always something to discover.

What wildlife have you spotted during your stay at Raylands? We'd love to hear about it in the comments! 🦉🦅🦋🌿

Here are our four baby barn owls, all snuggled up together in their box during last week's bad weather. It's amazing to see the care and love these owls have for one another, and the dedication of their parents.
Now, all seven owls are out flying, hunting, and bringing in plenty of food. This truly is nature at its very best.
It has been an absolute pleasure watching them grow and sharing this incredible journey and footage with you all. 🦉❤️
