📍 The Randolph Hotel, Southwold, Suffolk

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

This hands-on role involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, assisting with menu development, supporting breakfast, lunch and evening service, and maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.

We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Previous professional kitchen experience
✔ A passion for quality food and local produce
✔ Strong organisational skills
✔ The ability to work well under pressure
✔ A positive attitude and strong team ethic

The Goring has sheep 🐑 here at The Randolph we have hand-knitted crabs 🦀 - a slightly claws-ier approach to bedroom mascots. Just don’t pinch them!

Today is a sad day here at the Randolph, as we say goodbye to Harry…..

With his GCSEs not going to plan, Harry started with us 2 years ago as an apprentice.. and now after 2 apprentice of the year awards and a triple distinction grade it has now come to an end. Learning as he went he’s become an integral part of our team. Harry has a placement on the Concord hotel group’s management scheme where he will be working in the top hotels all over the country.
Loved by staff and locals alike he has really found his place here at the Randolph and will be sorely missed.
Congratulations Harry! We are all really proud of you
