Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual to join our Management Team in a Front of House Management role.
As a key member of our management team, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the hotel, helping to deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting the smooth operation of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Managing front of house operations
✨ Supporting the daily management of the hotel
✨ Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences
✨ Helping to organise and coordinate events and functions
✨ Working closely with our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has previous hospitality or management experience (preferred)
✔️ Has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and organising events
✔️ Is confident, organised and able to lead by example
✔️ Is aged 18 or over
✔️ Can work flexible hours, will include evenings and weekends.
✔️ 20 - 30 hours a week on average. (Flexible to cover holiday / sickness)
