We've got some very big rigs in for this Bank Holiday: a 12m RV; a 9m RV and a very large Dutch caravan which left at 4am to catch the ferry home! The sun is shining, it's a beautiful day and we're looking forward to seeing our new arrivals later 🌞

Join us for the Southwest Motorhome and Campervan Show at Shepton Mallet from 11-13 September! We still have Standard, Fully Serviced and Super Pitch hardstandings available, all with 16 amp electric hook-up included in your pitch fee and complimentary hot showers.

The bus to Shepton Mallet showground leaves just 100 yards from our gate, so you won't even need to take your motorhome to get there! You'll have a great time seeing all of the latest models and motorhome gadgets and dancing along to live music!

Your fantastic reviews have led to us receiving a Traveller's Choice award for 2026 for the 6th year running and have brought such a smile to our faces! Some of the highlights include our brand new Super Pitches (which you're all loving!), some brand new tourers (and some who are just new to adult only sites!) and the friendly hedgehogs and even friendlier pigeon! How do I book?
You will need a Freedom Leisure account to book, if you haven’t already, you can register for a Pay As You Go Account here: https://flsomerset.gladstonego.cloud/site-finder

Once logged in, sessions will be available to book on our website from Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th August 7am or on our ‘Freedom Leisure' mobile app from 7 days in advance of the event.

There's a new bus route in town that can take you for a day trip to Streets (Clarks Village) and Glastonbury! Take the bus from Sparkford High Street (100 yards from our entrance) to Castle Cary Horse Pond and switch to catch the 567 or 667 seven days a week! Beep beep - new Clarks shoes, here we come! 🚌
