Scooniehill Farmhouse B&B St Andrews Our farmhouse is located in the middle of working farmland, with the eldest part of the house dating from the late 18th century.

An owner-operated farmhouse bed and breakfast and Morag the Shepherd Hut, located approximately 1.5 miles outside the historic town of St Andrews. 🥰 BOOK DIRECT for our best prices! Inside you'll find four comfy rooms that will make your stay extra special. From mini fridges in each room to complimentary chocolates from our in house chocolatier Mike, we try and go the extra mile for our guests. Our rooms rates include our hearty breakfasts, with something for everyone, from freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit salad, full Scottish breakfast and homemade jams. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Breakfast is served from 7.45am - 9.15am in allocated slots. In addition to our B&B accommodation, we also have Morag the Shepherd Hut. Situated in our garden, she has unrivalled views of the local area, with a raised bed so you can wake up with a view of the town. The hut contains an en-suite, kitchenette, decking area with seating, and chiminea so you can make the most of your tranquil getaway. An optional breakfast is also delivered to your hut each day of your stay. We also offer private chocolate making classes to families and groups where you can learn more about the art of chocolate making and get lots of goodies to take home. We look forward to welcoming all our lovely Dunhill guests in a couple of weeks' time. ⛳️

Spectator admission is FREE on Thursday 1st, Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd October, with no ticket required for those three days. The final round on the Old Course on Sunday 4th October is ticketed, and there is an important change to remember: Sunday tickets must be bought in advance online at https://www.alfreddunhilllinks.com/tickets/ — there will be NO ticket sales at the gate. Adult tickets are £20, over-65s £15, while under-18s, students and military personnel are free with valid ID.

We have had lots of returning guests for Season 8 of Scooniehill Farmhouse B&B St Andrews, including Stewart & Sue, who first visited us back in Season 1, and happened to be back on the east coast with their trusty tandem (note that it's purple! 💜). 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️💪

Their trip included visits to Orkney & Shetland this time. It was lovely seeing them again! 🙃🥰

Serving at breakfast from tomorrow morning Scooniehill Farmhouse B&B St Andrews is this limited edition blackberry jam!😋

What makes it special is that the berries were foraged by Mr Bed down the road behind friend Jenny's new house! It is about a 4 minute drive from Scooniehill, so not far at all! 💜

There's a new arrival in the Scooniehill Farmhouse B&B St Andrews garden! 😲

Our newest addition is a beautiful highland cow, that is taking pride of place on our 'plinth' in the back garden! ♥️

Many thanks to Tayside Garden Statues in Dundee for making this beast for us! I have no doubt that some of their other creations will make their way into the grounds at some point - oops! 🤣🙃
